📍 Location: Red Crab Seafood BBQ Buffet (Siemreap)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef with strong knowledge and experience in:
🇪🇺 European / Western Cuisine
🇯🇵 Japanese Cuisine
🇨🇳 Chinese Cuisine
🇰🇷 Korean Cuisine
🇰🇭 Khmer Cuisine
Requirements:

Strong experience in both Western & Asian cuisine

Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills to cover all the buffet stations chefs in our Restaurant.

Able to create and develop new menus

Strong knowledge of food quality, hygiene, cost control & food costing.

Able to train and manage kitchen staffs
-
Creative, responsible and team-oriented. Work closely with our GM to improve the foods menus.

Previous experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef with both Standard tastes, foods quality and decorations is preferred.
