ដោយទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពី ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ លេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិអ្នកជំនាញទេសចរណ៍ ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការជាមួយមូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជំនាញ (SDF) នឹងរៀបចំបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោល និងអ្នកវាយតម្លៃបង្គោលជាតិ ស្របតាមស្តង់ដាសមត្ថភាពអាស៊ាន ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទទួលស្គាល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកលើអ្នកជំនាញទេសចរណ៍អាស៊ាន (ASEAN MRA-TP) ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប។ ពិធីបើកបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម ឈុន មករា អគ្គនាយកគ្រប់គ្រងឧស្សាហកម្មទេសចរណ៍ និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងឯកឧត្តម ឌី រ៉ាដូ អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្ត ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ MEMOIRE RESORT AND SPAN។
សិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលខាងលើនឹងទទួលបាននូវការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពទាំងចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញសំខាន់ៗរួមមាន៖
1. ការយល់ដឹងពីកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្របតាមស្តង់ដាសមត្ថភាពអាស៊ាន ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទទួលស្គាល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកលើអ្នកជំនាញទេសចរណ៍អាស៊ាន
2. យល់ដឹងកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅពីប្រព័ន្ធបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងវាយតម្លៃផ្អែកលើសមត្ថភាព (Competency Based Training and Competency Based Assessment)
3. យល់ដឹងពីកម្មវិធីសិក្សារួមរបស់អាស៊ាន (ASEAN Common Competencies Standard for Tourism Professionals)
4. មានជំនាញក្នុងការៀបចំកញ្ចប់គុណវុឌ្ឍិអាស៊ាន ស្របតាមក្របខណ្ឌគុណវុឌ្ឍិអាស៊ាន (ASEAN Qualification Framework and Qualification Development)
5. មានចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ប្រអប់បណ្តុះបណ្តាលអាស៊ាន (ASEAN Toolboxes)
6. មានជំនាញក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការបង្រៀន (Training Plan and Lesson Plan) និងប្រើប្រាស់វិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀន និងវិធីសាស្ត្រវាយតម្លៃសមត្ថភាពសមស្របតាមស្តង់ដាសមត្ថភាពអាស៊ានដែលបានកំណត់។
The Ministry of Tourism Launches a Training Programme for National Master Trainers and Master Assessors in Alignment with ASEAN Competency Standards to Strengthen Professional Capacity and Promote Continuous Workplace-Based Training in Tourism Businesses
With the high-level authorization of H.E. Hout Hak, Minister of Tourism, the Secretariat of the National Committee for Tourism Professionals, in collaboration with the Skills Development Fund (SDF), will organize a training programme for National Master Trainers and Master Assessors in accordance with ASEAN competency standards under the framework of the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professionals (ASEAN MRA-TP).
The training programme will be conducted from 17 to 23 August 2026 in Siem Reap Province. The opening ceremony will be presided over by H.E. Chhun Makara, Director General of Tourism Industry Management, representing H.E. Hout Hak, Minister of Tourism, together with H.E. Di Rado, Deputy Governor of Siem Reap Province. The opening ceremony will take place on the morning of 17 August 2026 at Memoire Resort and Spa.
Participants in the training programme will strengthen their knowledge and practical competencies in the following key areas:
1. Understanding ASEAN-standard training programmes within the framework of the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professionals (ASEAN MRA-TP).
2. Developing an in-depth understanding of Competency-Based Training (CBT) and Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) systems.
3. Understanding the ASEAN Common Competency Standards for Tourism Professionals (ACCSTP) and their application in tourism professional training and assessment.
4. Developing competencies in the preparation of ASEAN qualifications in accordance with the ASEAN Qualifications Framework and qualification development processes.
5. Acquiring knowledge and practical skills in the effective use of ASEAN Toolboxes for tourism professional training and assessment.
6. Developing competencies in the preparation of Training Plans and Lesson Plans, as well as applying appropriate teaching methodologies and competency assessment methods in accordance with established ASEAN competency standards.
