ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ បានរៀបចំពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលស្ដីពី «ជំនាញឆុងកាហ្វេ (Barista Skill)» ព្រមទាំងប្រគល់វិញ្ញាបនបត្រជូនដល់សិក្ខាកាមសរុបចំនួន ១២រូប (ស្រ្តី ១០រូប) ដែលបានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាដោយជោគជ័យ។
ពិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុយ សុធាវី អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ខូយ រីដា អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី លោកប្រធានមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ លោកស្រី គ្រុយ ស្រីនាង គ្រូបង្គោលមកពីក្រុមហ៊ុន Gourmet Beverage Service (GBS) ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសនៃក្រុមហ៊ុន GBS ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីរាជការនៃមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ជាច្រើនរូប។
គោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗនៃការរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ រួមមាន៖ ១. ការលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាព និងជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈ៖ ពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង បច្ចេកទេស និងជំនាញជាក់ស្ដែងលើសិល្បៈនៃការឆុងកាហ្វេ (Barista) ប្រកបដោយស្ដង់ដារ និងគុណភាពខ្ពស់។ ២. ការបង្កើតឱកាសការងារ និងបង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូល៖ ពង្រីកកាលានុវត្តភាពការងារ និងបំពាក់បំប៉នសិក្ខាកាមឱ្យមានជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈពិតប្រាកដ ដើម្បីត្រៀមខ្លួនបង្កើតអាជីវកម្មផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ឬបំពេញការងារប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងឧស្សាហកម្មបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ គណៈអធិបតីបានសម្ដែងនូវការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្ត និងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ ព្រមទាំងបានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមយកចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញដែលទទួលបានទៅអនុវត្តជាក់ស្ដែង ដើម្បីបង្កើនជីវភាពគ្រួសារ និងចូលរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចក្នុងខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន។
Pursat Provincial Department of Tourism, in Collaboration with Swisscontact's Skills Development Programme (SDP), Successfully Concludes Barista Training Course!
Pursat Province: On the afternoon of August 28, 2026, the Pursat Provincial Department of Tourism hosted the closing ceremony and certificate presentation for the "Barista Skill Training Course," celebrating the successful completion of the program by 12 trainees (including 10 women).
The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Ouy Sotheavy, Deputy Governor of Pursat Province, representing His Excellency Khoy Rida, Governor of Pursat Province. The event was also attended by the Director of the Pursat Provincial Department of Tourism, Ms. Kruy Sreinang, Master Trainer from Gourmet Beverage Service (GBS), the GBS technical team, and relevant provincial tourism officials.
The primary objectives of the training course were:
1. Enhancing Capacity and Professional Competence: Strengthening foundational knowledge, standardized brewing techniques, and hands-on barista skills aligned with high-quality hospitality standards.
2. Fostering Employment Opportunities and Income Generation: Expanding employment pathways and equipping participants with market-driven vocational competencies for entrepreneurship or careers within the hospitality and food & beverage sector.
On this occasion, the presiding leadership highly commended the dedication and diligence demonstrated by all trainees. Furthermore, the leadership encouraged the graduates to translate their newly acquired professional skills into tangible practice, thereby enhancing their socioeconomic prospects and actively driving the sustainable growth of provincial tourism.
