បន្ទាយមានជ័យ៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអាជីវកម្ម និងសេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងខេត្ត មន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ សហការជាមួយកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជំនាញ (SDP) នៃអង្គការ ស្វីសខនថាក់ (Swisscontact) បានរៀបចំពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចកម្ពុជា (HoKa) លើជំនាញ «សេវាកម្មម្ហូបអាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈ» ព្រមទាំងប្រគល់វិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់ការសិក្សាជូនដល់សិក្ខាកាមជាម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្ម និងបុគ្គលិកបម្រើការងារក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ក្រុងសិរីសោភ័ណ សរុបចំនួន ១៥ នាក់ (ស្រី ១៣ នាក់) បន្ទាប់ពីបានបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេល ៣ ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
ពិធីនេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពលោក ឈឿន សេរីវុធ ប្រធានមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ព្រមទាំងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់លោក-លោកស្រីជាអនុប្រធានមន្ទីរ ប្រធាន និងអនុប្រធានការិយាល័យចំណុះមន្ទីរ នៅសាលប្រជុំមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះត្រូវបានបង្ហាត់បង្រៀនផ្ទាល់ដោយគ្រូបង្គោលរបស់មន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យចំនួន ៣ រូប (ស្រី ១ រូប) ដោយផ្តោតលើខ្លឹមសារមេរៀនសំខាន់ៗចំនួន ៧ រួមមាន៖ ១. តួនាទីរបស់ខ្ញុំក្នុងផ្នែកសេវាកម្មម្ហូបអាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈ ២. ទំនាក់ទំនងក្នុងវិស័យបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច ៣. ឧត្តមភាពនៃសេវាកម្ម ៤. សម្ភារ និងបរិក្ខារក្នុងភោជនីយដ្ឋាន ៥. ចំណេះដឹងអំពីបញ្ជីមុខម្ហូប ៦. ចំណេះដឹងអំពីភេសជ្ជៈ ៧. លំដាប់លំដោយនៃដំណើរការសេវាកម្ម
The Banteay Meanchey Provincial Department of Tourism, in Collaboration with the Skills Development Programme (SDP) of Swisscontact, Successfully Concludes the Food and Beverage Service Training Course!
Banteay Meanchey: On the afternoon of Friday, September 4, 2026, aimed at enhancing the quality of local tourism services and hospitality businesses, the Banteay Meanchey Provincial Department of Tourism, in collaboration with the Skills Development Programme (SDP) of Swisscontact, organized the closing ceremony and certificate awarding for the Hospitality Campaign (HoKa) training course on "Food and Beverage Service." The program successfully trained 15 tourism and hospitality professionals and business owners (including 13 women) from Serei Saophoan City over an intensive 3-day course held from September 2 to 4, 2026.
The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chhoeun Sereyvuth, Director of the Banteay Meanchey Provincial Department of Tourism, and attended by the department's deputy directors, office chiefs, and deputy office chiefs at the department's meeting hall.
The training was delivered by three certified provincial master trainers (one female) and covered seven core technical modules:
1. My Role in Food and Beverage Service
2. Hospitality Communication
3. Service Excellence
4. Restaurant Equipment and Utensils
5. Food and Menu Knowledge
6. Beverage Knowledge
7. Sequence of Service
