ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង៖ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង សហការជាមួយកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជំនាញ (SDP) នៃអង្គការ ស្វីសខនថាក់ (Swisscontact) បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោលបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចកម្ពុជា (HoKa) ដោយមានសិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ១៤ នាក់ (ស្រី ៨ នាក់) ក្រោមការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដោយផ្ទាល់ពីគ្រូបង្គោលជាតិហូកា នៃមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃមន្ទីរ ម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្ម អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង និងបុគ្គលិកបម្រើការងារក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច លើវិធីសាស្ត្របណ្តុះបណ្តាលសកម្មប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ សំដៅពង្រីកធនធានគ្រូបង្គោលក្នុងខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែងឱ្យកាន់តែសម្បូរបែប។ មាតិកាសំខាន់ៗនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរួមមាន៖
១. និយមន័យសមត្ថភាព សមាសធាតុសំខាន់ៗនៃសមត្ថភាព និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលផ្អែកលើសមត្ថភាព (Competency-Based Training)។
២. គន្លឹះសំខាន់ៗក្នុងការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
៣. ការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានសម្ភារៈ និងការរៀបចំឧបករណ៍បណ្តុះបណ្តាល។
៤. វិធីសាស្ត្របណ្តុះបណ្តាលសកម្មទាំង ៦ រួមមាន៖ ការបំផុសគំនិត (Brainstorming), វីដេអូ (Video), បណ្ណរូបភាព (Flashcard), ការអនុវត្តបង្ហាញផ្ទាល់ (Demonstration), ការភ្លក់សាកល្បង (Tasting), និងតេស្តកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណ (Identification Test)។
៥. ជំហានគន្លឹះក្នុងការរៀបចំ និងដំណើរការវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល។
៦. ការអនុវត្ត និងប្រើប្រាស់សៀវភៅណែនាំគ្រូបង្គោល សៀវភៅសិក្ខាកាម សៀវភៅកិច្ចការ និងស្លាយបទបង្ហាញទាំង ១២ មេរៀន នៃគម្រោងបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចកម្ពុជា (ហូកា)។
សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ទទួលបានទាំងចំណេះដឹងទ្រឹស្ដីស៊ីជម្រៅ និងការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្ដែងលើវិធីសាស្ត្របណ្តុះបណ្តាលសកម្មទាំង ៦។ នៅចុងបញ្ចប់នៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល សិក្ខាកាមបានឆ្លងកាត់ការវាយតម្លៃសមត្ថភាពទាំងផ្នែកទ្រឹស្តី និងការប្រឡងអនុវត្តបង្ហាញវិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀនជាក់ស្តែងប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ។
Stung Treng Provincial Department of Tourism, in Collaboration with the Skills Development Programme (SDP) of Swisscontact, Organizes the HoKa Training of Trainers (ToT) Course!
Stung Treng Province: From September 30 to October 2, 2026, the Stung Treng Provincial Department of Tourism, in collaboration with the Skills Development Programme (SDP) of Swisscontact, organized a Training of Trainers (ToT) course on Hospitality Kampuchea (HoKa). The training engaged 14 participants (including 8 female professionals) and was conducted by accredited HoKa National Trainers from the Stung Treng Provincial Department of Tourism.
This training aimed to build the pedagogical capacity of provincial tourism officers, business owners, managers, and hospitality practitioners, equipping them with active training methodologies to expand the pool of qualified local hospitality trainers in Stung Treng province. The core curriculum encompassed:
1. Definition and Core Elements of Competency, and Competency-Based Training (CBT) Frameworks.
2. Essential Presentation and Facilitation Techniques.
3. Training Resource Management and Instructional Tool Preparation
4. The Six Active Training Methodologies: Brainstorming, Video-based Learning, Flashcards, Demonstration, Tasting, and Identification Testing.
5. Strategic Steps in Designing and Delivering Instructional Sessions.
6. Practical Application of HoKa Instructional Guides: Trainer Handbooks, Learner Workbooks, Assignment Packages, and the 12 Core Module Slide Presentations.
Participants gained rigorous theoretical insights paired with hands-on practice across all six active learning methodologies. The program concluded with standardized competency assessments, evaluating participants through written theoretical testing and practical instructional demonstrations.
