«ហូកា ឆ្ពោះទៅរកគុណវុឌ្ឍិជាតិវិជ្ជាជីវៈ៖ ការទទួលស្គាល់សមត្ថភាព និងការពង្រឹងស្តង់ដាវិជ្ជាជីវៈ»
