ខេត្តក្រចេះ៖ ថ្ងៃទី៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តក្រចេះ សហការជាមួយកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជំនាញ (SDP) នៃអង្គការស្វីសខនថាក់ (Swisscontact) បានបិទបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចកម្ពុជា (HoKa) គ្រូបង្គោលលើជំនាញសេវាកម្មម្ហូបអាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈ និងជំនាញគេហកិច្ចដោយជោគជ័យ ដែលមានសិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ១៥នាក់ (ស្រី ១២នាក់)។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះធ្វើឡើងរយៈពេល ៣ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់ទាំងទ្រឹស្តី និងការអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់ លើវិធីសាស្ត្របណ្តុះបណ្តាលសកម្មចំនួន ១២ ដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១. បំផុសគំនិត (Brainstorming)
២. វីដេអូ (Video)
៣. កាតរូបភាព (Flashcard)
៤. អនុវត្តបង្ហាញផ្ទាល់ (Demonstration)
៥. ពិភាក្សាក្រុម (Group Discussion)
៦. គំនូរផ្ទាំងរូបភាព (Poster)
៧. ល្បែងល្បងប្រាជ្ញា (Gaming)
៨. ភ្លក្សរសជាតិ (Testing)
៩. តេស្តកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណ (ID Test)
១០. សម្តែងតួ (Roleplay)
១១. ករណីសិក្សា (Case Study) និង
១២. ការប្រកួតក្រុម (Team Quiz)។
ជាលទ្ធផល ក្រោយបញ្ចប់វគ្chengladbach សិក្ខាកាមទទួលបានចំណេះដឹងនិងជំនាញសំខាន់ៗដូចខាងក្រោម៖

Successful Conclusion of the HoKa Master Trainer Training Program in Food & Beverage and Housekeeping Services, Collaboratively Organized by the Kratie Provincial Department of Tourism and Swisscontact's Skills Development Programme (SDP)!
Kratie Province: From August 4 to 6, 2026, the Kratie Provincial Department of Tourism, in cooperation with the Skills Development Programme (SDP) of Swisscontact, successfully concluded the Cambodian HoKa Master Trainer Training Program specializing in Food & Beverage Services and Housekeeping. The training program brought together a total of 15 participants, 12 of whom are female.
Conducted over three days, the comprehensive program combined both theoretical instruction and practical application, focusing on 12 active training methodologies as follows:
1. Brainstorming
2. Video
3. Flashcard
4. Demonstration
5. Group Discussion
6. Poster
7. Gaming
8. Testing
9. ID Test
10. Roleplay
11. Case Study
12. Team Quiz
As a result of this professional development program, participants achieved key learning outcomes including:
- Enhanced understanding of highly effective active training methodologies
- Clear insights into best practices and pitfalls for professional trainers
- Comprehension of classroom facilitation procedures
- Ability to select and apply appropriate training methods effectively
- Familiarity with essential training materials
- Proficiency in organizing and preparing training tools and equipment
