គោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗនៃសិក្ខាសាលារួមមាន៖
១. ពង្រីកឱកាសអប់រំ៖ ជួយដល់អ្នកបម្រើការងារក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ដែលមិនទាន់បានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់មូលដ្ឋាន ឱ្យទទួលបានឱកាសបន្តការរៀនសូត្រតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញប្រកបដោយភាពបត់បែន។
២. លើកកម្ពស់គុណវុឌ្ឍិវិជ្ជាជីវៈ៖ ផ្សារភ្ជាប់ការអប់រំមូលដ្ឋានទៅនឹងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារបច្ចុប្បន្ន។
៣. ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការ៖ បង្កើនការយល់ដឹងដល់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្ម និងប្រតិបត្តិករទេសចរណ៍ ក្នុងការគាំទ្រ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តបុគ្គលិកឱ្យទទួលបានការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពជាបន្តបន្ទាប់។
