ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ៖ មន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ សហការជាមួយកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជំនាញ (SDP) នៃអង្គការ ស្វីសខនថាក់ (Swisscontact) បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈលើជំនាញចុងភៅ ដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ រយៈពេល ៤ ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែសីហា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម គង់ កន្នារិទ្ធ អភិបាលរង នៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានការសម្របសម្រួលដោយគ្រូបង្គោលចំនួន ៤ រូប និងមានសិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ១២ នាក់ (ស្រី ៨ នាក់)។
វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះរួមបញ្ចូលមេរៀនសរុបចំនួន ៦ ម៉ូឌុល ដែលផ្តោតលើការកសាងសមត្ថភាពបច្ចេកទេស ការពង្រឹងវិន័យ និងក្រមសីលធម៌វិជ្ជាជីវៈ សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពសេវាកម្ម និងស្តង់ដាផ្នែកម្ហូបអាហារក្នុងខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង។

Oddar Meanchey Province: The Oddar Meanchey Provincial Department of Tourism, in collaboration with the Skills Development Programme (SDP) implemented by Swisscontact, successfully organized a four-day, tuition-free culinary training course from August 31 to September 3, 2026. The program was presided over by H.E. Kong Kannarith, Deputy Governor of Oddar Meanchey Province, facilitated by 4 core trainers, and attended by 12 participants (including 8 female trainees).
The comprehensive curriculum comprised 6 specialized training modules designed to enhance technical competency, professional discipline, and industry standards, thereby elevating the overall quality of food production and culinary services across Oddar Meanchey Province.
