Congratulations to the 35 trainees of the National Master Trainer Training Course in Hotel Services, conducted in accordance with ASEAN standards, on successfully completing the training course!
Activities on Days 6 and 7 of the National Master Trainer Training Course in Hotel Services under the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professionals (ASEAN MRA-TP)
Following the preparation of training materials in accordance with ASEAN standards, all trainees demonstrated their teaching competencies through group-based training sessions. They utilized the ASEAN Training Toolbox and applied appropriate instructional methodologies covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills based on the selected competency units.
The trainees worked in pairs, with two trainees per group, and each pair conducted a 40-minute teaching demonstration. Their performance was directly observed, assessed, and scored by the instructors.
As a result, all trainees demonstrated strong competencies in delivering knowledge and skills in accordance with ASEAN standards, achieving highly satisfactory assessment outcomes. Of the 35 trainees, 31 were assessed as outstanding performers, while 4 were assessed as competent performers.
Upon successful completion of the training course, the trainees will be able to utilize the ASEAN Training Toolbox within their respective institutions to conduct internal training and further disseminate the knowledge and skills acquired through the course.
