ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ លោកជំទាវ វណ្ណ សេរីរ័ត្ន អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និង ឯកឧត្តម សែន វ៉ាន់ស៊ីម អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល «ជំនាញមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ថ្នាក់សហគមន៍» អមដោយពិធីប្រគល់វិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់ការបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល គម្រោងហូកា (HoKa) លើជំនាញសេវាកម្មម្ហូបអាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈ ជូនសិក្ខាកាមចំនួន ២៥នាក់។
ពិធីនេះក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី លោកបណ្ឌិតប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ លោកប្រធានមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង តំណាងមន្ទីរ-អង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធ លោក លោកស្រី ជាម្ចាស់មូលដ្ឋានអាជីវកម្មទេសចរណ៍ គ្រូបង្គោល សិក្ខាកាម មន្រ្តីជំនាញ អ្នកនាំភ្ញៀវទេសចរ និងតំណាងសហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងខេត្ត សរុបប្រមាណ ៧០នាក់ នៅមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។
ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ តាមរយៈនាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ សហការជាមួយមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ថ្នាក់សហគមន៍រយៈពេល ៥ថ្ងៃ ដោយមានសិក្ខាកាមសរុប ៣៦រូប ក្នុងនោះស្ត្រី ២២រូប។ លោកជំទាវបានបន្តថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ធនធានមនុស្សក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពវិជ្ជាជីវៈ បំពាក់បំប៉នចំណេះដឹងថ្មីៗ និងជំនាញជាក់ស្តែងដល់អ្នកបម្រើការងារក្នុងសហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីឱ្យមានសមត្ថភាពឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការរបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ និងការប្រែប្រួលនៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងបរិបទសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថល និងការប្រកួតប្រជែងនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងជាការត្រៀមខ្លួនក្នុងការពង្រឹងគុណភាពសេវាកម្ម ក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ទេសចរណ៍រដូវកាលបៃតង ក្រោមមូលបទ «សក្តានុពលអេកូទេសចរណ៍ភូមិភាគឦសានក្នុងរដូវកាលបៃតង ឆ្នាំ២០២៦» ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅ: ថ្ងៃទី៨-៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខ នៅខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកបណ្ឌិតប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានរយៈពេល ៥ថ្ងៃ ស្មើនឹង ៤០ម៉ោង ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។ កម្មវិធីសិក្សាត្រូវបានរៀបចំដោយផ្តោតលើការបញ្ចូលគ្នារវាងទ្រឹស្តី និងការអនុវត្ត ដើម្បីពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពសិក្ខាកាមឱ្យអាចបំពេញតួនាទីជាមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។
មុខវិជ្ជាសំខាន់ៗក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរួមមាន៖
១. ចំណេះដឹងអំពីវប្បធម៌ ប្រពៃណី និងទំនៀមទម្លាប់របស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ បង្រៀនដោយលោក សាំង ចន្ធូរ។
២. ចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច សីលធម៌ សុជីវធម៌ និងពិធីការ បង្រៀនដោយលោកបណ្ឌិត គឹម ប៉ុណ្ណារ៉ា។
៣. ចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញលើការអធិប្បាយ ការទំនាក់ទំនង និងបច្ចេកទេសដឹកនាំភ្ញៀវទេសចរ បង្រៀនដោយកញ្ញា រស់ សូលីកា។
៤. ចំណេះដឹងអំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ ភូមិសាស្ត្រ សក្ដានុពលទេសចរណ៍ និងតំបន់ទេសចរណ៍សំខាន់ៗរបស់ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង និងខេត្តជាប់ព្រំប្រទល់ បង្រៀនដោយគ្រូបង្គោលនៃមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្ត។
៥. ជំនាញសង្គ្រោះបឋម (First Aid) បង្រៀនដោយតំណាងមន្ទីរសុខាភិបាលខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។
ដើម្បីលើកទឹកចិត្ត និងទទួលស្គាល់សមត្ថភាពសិក្ខាកាម ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍នឹងផ្តល់វិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់សមត្ថភាពជូនសិក្ខាកាមដែលបំពេញតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងអស់។ វិញ្ញាបនបត្រនេះនឹងចុះហត្ថលេខាផ្ទាល់ដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ពីគុណវុឌ្ឍិ និងសមត្ថភាពវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ដែលអាចយកទៅប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងការបំពេញការងារជាមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ថ្នាក់សហគមន៍ និងចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍សហគមន៍នៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែមានគុណភាព ប្រកួតប្រជែង និងប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។
ស្ទឹងត្រែង ជាខេត្តមានសក្ដានុពលខ្ពស់ផ្នែកទេសចរណ៍ធម្មជាតិ និងទេសចរណ៍សហគមន៍។ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈ នឹងរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពសេវាកម្ម បង្កើនបទពិសោធន៍ល្អជូនភ្ញៀវទេសចរ និងជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងខេត្តឱ្យកាន់តែមានចីរភាព។
Preparing for the Green Season Tourism Campaign: Ministry of Tourism, in Collaboration with the Stung Treng Provincial Department of Tourism, Strengthens the Capacity of Community Tour Guides
Stung Treng Province: On the morning of 27 July 2026, with the esteemed authorization of H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, H.E. Mrs. Vann Sereyrath, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Tourism, together with H.E. Sen Vansim, Deputy Governor of Stung Treng Province, presided over the opening ceremony of the Community Tour Guide Training Programme, alongside the certificate presentation ceremony for 25 trainees who successfully completed the HoKa Project training programme in Food and Beverage Service.
The ceremony was attended by Director of Professional training Department , the Director of the Stung Treng Provincial Department of Tourism, representatives of relevant provincial departments and institutions, tourism business operators, master trainers, trainees, technical officials, tour operators, and representatives of community-based tourism organizations across the province, with approximately 70 participants in attendance at the Stung Treng Provincial Department of Tourism.
In her opening remarks, the Undersecretary of State emphasized that the Ministry of Tourism, through the Department of Tourism Vocational Training, in collaboration with the Stung Treng Provincial Department of Tourism, has organized a five-day Community Tour Guide Training Programme for 36 participants, including 22 women. She noted that the programme forms part of the Ministry’s broader human resource development strategy for the tourism sector, aiming to enhance professional competencies, equip tourism practitioners with updated knowledge and practical skills, and strengthen the capacity of community tourism personnel to meet evolving visitor expectations and respond effectively to the rapidly changing tourism landscape in the context of the digital economy and increasing global competition.
She further highlighted that the training also serves as a strategic preparation to strengthen service quality for the upcoming Green Season Tourism Event 2026, held under the theme “Ecotourism Potential of Cambodia’s Northeastern Region during the Green Season 2026,” scheduled to take place on 8–9 August 2026 in Stung Treng Province.
Meanwhile, Dr. Choub Ratana, Director of Professional Training Department, stated that the training programme will be conducted over five days (40 training hours) from 27 to 31 July 2026 at the Stung Treng Provincial Department of Tourism. The curriculum has been carefully designed to integrate theoretical instruction with practical learning, enabling participants to perform their roles as professional community tour guides with competence and confidence.
The programme covers the following core modules:
1. Tourists’ Cultural Awareness, Traditions, and Customs, delivered by Mr. Saing Chanthou.
2. Hospitality, Professional Ethics, Moral Conduct, and Protocol, delivered by Dr. Kim Bunnara.
3. Interpretation, Communication, and Tour Guiding Techniques, delivered by Ms. Ros Solika.
4. History, Geography, Tourism Potential, and Major Tourist Attractions of Stung Treng Province and Adjacent Provinces, delivered by trainers from the Stung Treng Provincial Department of Tourism.
5. First Aid, delivered by representatives of the Stung Treng Provincial Health Department.
To recognize and encourage participants’ achievements, the Ministry of Tourism will award Certificates of Competency to trainees who successfully fulfill all programme requirements. These certificates will be personally signed by H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, officially recognizing the recipients’ professional qualifications and competencies. The certification will enable graduates to perform effectively as community tour guides while contributing to the advancement of high-quality, competitive, and sustainable community-based tourism in Cambodia.
Stung Treng Province possesses outstanding potential for nature-based tourism and community-based tourism. Strengthening the professional capacity of community tour guides through structured vocational training will significantly enhance service quality, enrich visitors’ experiences, and support the sustainable development and competitiveness of the province’s tourism industry.
