ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង៖ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងការណែនាំបន្ថែមពី លោកបណ្ឌិត ជួប រតនា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ លោកបណ្ឌិត គឹម ប៊ុនណារ៉ា អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាគ្រូឧទ្ទេសក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល «ជំនាញមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ថ្នាក់សហគមន៍» សម្រាប់ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។
ក្នុងដំណើរការនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល លោកគ្រូឧទ្ទេសបានចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង បទពិសោធន៍ជាក់ស្តែង និងបច្ចេកទេសវិជ្ជាជីវៈលើមេរៀនសំខាន់ៗស្តីពី បដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច សីលធម៌ សុជីវធម៌ និងពិធីការ សម្រាប់មគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ថ្នាក់សហគមន៍ ដោយគោលបំណងសំខាន់នៃមេរៀន រួមមាន៖
១.ពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងអំពីគោលការណ៍បដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច និងសេវាកម្មប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈសម្រាប់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ។
២.បណ្តុះស្មារតីសីលធម៌ សុជីវធម៌ សុចរិតភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការបំពេញតួនាទីជាមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍។
៣.អភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនង ការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង និងអាកប្បកិរិយាសមរម្យជាមួយភ្ញៀវទេសចរ សហគមន៍ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
៤.យល់ដឹង និងអនុវត្តពិធីការ ឥរិយាបថ និងសុជីវធម៌ក្នុងការទទួលស្វាគមន៍ និងបម្រើភ្ញៀវទេសចរប្រកបដោយភាពថ្លៃថ្នូរ។
៥.ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា និងស្ថានការណ៍នានា ដោយភាពអត់ធ្មត់ វិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងការគោរពភាពខុសគ្នារបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ។
៦.លើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពសេវាកម្ម និងកសាងបទពិសោធន៍ល្អជូនភ្ញៀវទេសចរ ស្របតាមស្តង់ដារវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងគោលការណ៍ទេសចរណ៍ប្រកបដោយគុណភាព។
មេរៀននេះមានសារៈសំខាន់ក្នុងការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ថ្នាក់សហគមន៍ឱ្យមានចំណេះដឹង ជំនាញ និងឥរិយាបថវិជ្ជាជីវៈក្នុងការទទួលស្វាគមន៍ ថែទាំ និងផ្តល់សេវាជូនភ្ញៀវទេសចរប្រកបដោយភាពរួសរាយរាក់ទាក់ សុជីវធម៌ និងការគោរពពិធីការ។ ការអនុវត្តបានត្រឹមត្រូវនូវគោលការណ៍បដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច និងសីលធម៌វិជ្ជាជីវៈ នឹងរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពសេវាកម្ម បង្កើនការពេញចិត្តរបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ និងត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចជាស្រេចក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាកម្មប្រកបដោយគុណភាព សម្រាប់ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ទេសចរណ៍រដូវកាលបៃតង ក្រោមមូលបទ «សក្តានុពលអេកូទេសចរណ៍ភូមិភាគឦសានក្នុងរដូវកាលបៃតង ឆ្នាំ២០២៦» ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី៨-៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខ នៅខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។
Hospitality, Ethics, Professional Conduct, and Protocol: Essential Foundations for Professional Community Tour Guides
Stung Treng Province: On 28 July 2026, with the high approval of H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, and under the additional guidance of Dr. Chuob Ratana, Director of the Tourism Professional Training Department, Dr. Kim Bunnara, Deputy Director of the Tourism Professional Training Department, served as a resource person for the Community Tour Guide Training Program in Stung Treng Province.
During the training, the resource person shared professional knowledge, practical experience, and technical expertise on key topics related to hospitality, ethics, professional conduct, and protocol for community tour guides. The training was designed to achieve the following objectives:
1. Strengthen participants’ understanding of hospitality principles and the delivery of professional tourism services.
2. Promote ethical values, professional integrity, responsibility, and accountability in fulfilling the role of a community tour guide.
3. Enhance communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to foster effective engagement with tourists, local communities, and relevant stakeholders.
4. Develop a sound understanding and practical application of protocol, etiquette, and professional conduct in welcoming and serving visitors with dignity and respect.
5. Strengthen participants’ capacity to manage challenges and diverse situations with patience, professionalism, and respect for cultural diversity.
6. Promote high-quality tourism services and memorable visitor experiences in accordance with professional standards and the principles of quality tourism.
This training module plays a vital role in strengthening the competencies of community tour guides by equipping them with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional attitudes required to welcome, assist, and provide quality services to visitors with courtesy, professionalism, and respect for established protocols. The effective application of hospitality principles and professional ethics will contribute significantly to enhancing service quality, improving visitor satisfaction, and ensuring the readiness of community tour guides to deliver exceptional tourism experiences.
The training also supports preparations for the 2026 Green Season Tourism Event, held under the theme “Ecotourism Potential of Northeastern Cambodia during the Green Season 2026,” which will take place on 8–9 August 2026 in Stung Treng Province. It aims to ensure that tourism service providers are fully prepared to deliver high-quality, professional, and internationally competitive services that showcase Cambodia’s warm hospitality and sustainable tourism potential.
