ខេត្តសៀមរាប៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកបណ្ឌិត ជួប រតនា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ និងជាប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ជ.អ.ទ. រួមជាមួយមន្ត្រីជំនាញ ១រូប បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយតំណាងសាលាសណ្ឋាគារ និងទេសចរណ៍ ប៉ូល ឌុយប្រ៊ូល (Paul Dubrule School of Hospitality and Tourism) ដើម្បីពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាព និងកំណត់ទិសដៅអភិវឌ្ឍកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលឱ្យកាន់តែមានគុណភាព ស្របតាមតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារ និងស្តង់ដារជាតិ-អន្តរជាតិ។
ក្នុងជំនួបនេះបានផ្តោតការពិភាក្សាលើប្រធានបទសំខាន់ៗ រួមមាន៖
១.ពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ ស្របតាមស្តង់ដាសមត្ថភាពអាស៊ាន ក្រោមក្របខណ្ឌ ASEAN MRA-TP។
២.ពិនិត្យ និងពង្រឹងគុណវុឌ្ឍិ និងសមត្ថភាពគ្រូបង្គោល។
៣.រៀបចំកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពសម្រាប់អតីតសិស្ស (Alumni Development)។
៤.សហការរៀបចំពិព័រណ៍ការងារ (Job Fair) ដើម្បីបង្កើនឱកាសការងារសម្រាប់និស្សិត និងអ្នកបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា។
៥.ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងរបស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍។
សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សាលាសណ្ឋាគារ និងទេសចរណ៍ ប៉ូល ឌុយប្រ៊ូល បានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសិស្សសរុបចំនួន ៣១៩នាក់ (ស្រី ២២៧នាក់) លើជំនាញសំខាន់ៗ រួមមាន៖
១.ជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រងបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច
២.ជំនាញប្រតិបត្តិការផ្នែកទីភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍
៣.ជំនាញសេវាកម្មភ្ញៀវ (ផ្នែកការិយាល័យជួរមុខ និងគេហកិច្ច)
៤.ជំនាញសេវាកម្មម្ហូបអាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈ

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកបណ្ឌិត ជួប រតនា បានថ្លែងកោតសរសើរចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់សាលាសណ្ឋាគារ និងទេសចរណ៍ ប៉ូល ឌុយប្រ៊ូល ក្នុងការចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងជំរុញការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដែលផ្អែកលើសមត្ថភាព ស្របតាមស្តង់ដារជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។ លោកក៏បានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍកម្មវិធីសិក្សា ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោល ការវាយតម្លៃសមត្ថភាព និងការភ្ជាប់និស្សិតទៅកាន់ឱកាសការងារជាក់ស្តែង ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពសេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ និងពង្រឹងភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់កម្ពុជាលើទីផ្សារទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងតំបន់ និងពិភពលោក។
ជំនួបនេះបានបង្ហាញពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមរវាងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងសាលាសណ្ឋាគារ និងទេសចរណ៍ ប៉ូល ឌុយប្រ៊ូល ក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹងគុណភាពការអប់រំ និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងបង្កើតធនធានមនុស្សដែលមានសមត្ថភាព វិជ្ជាជីវៈ សីលធម៌ និងភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។
The Ministry of Tourism and Paul Dubrule School of Hospitality and Tourism Strengthen Cooperation to Enhance the Quality of Tourism Vocational Education and Training Towards ASEAN and International Standards
Siem Reap Province: On the morning of 29 July 2026, Dr. Choub Ratana, Director of the Tourism professional Training Department and Head of the Secretariat of the National Tourism Professional Committee, accompanied by a technical officer, held a working meeting with representatives of the Paul Dubrule School of Hospitality and Tourism. The meeting reviewed the progress of ongoing collaboration and identified strategic directions for further enhancing the quality of tourism vocational education and training in line with labour market demands and national, regional, and international standards.
The discussion focused on several key areas of cooperation, including:
1. Reviewing the progress of tourism vocational training aligned with the ASEAN Common Competency Standards for Tourism Professionals (ACCSTP) under the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professionals (ASEAN MRA-TP).
2. Strengthening the qualifications and professional competencies of master trainers and instructors.
3. Developing capacity-building programmes for alumni to support lifelong learning and career advancement.
4. Collaborating in the organisation of a Job Fair to expand employment opportunities for students and graduates.
5. Reinforcing cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism in developing a highly skilled tourism workforce that effectively responds to the evolving needs of Cambodia’s tourism industry.
In 2026, the Paul Dubrule School of Hospitality and Tourism enrolled and trained a total of 319 students, including 227 female students, across seven major areas of study:
1. Hospitality Management
2. Tour Operations
3. Guest Services (Front Office and Housekeeping)
4. Food and Beverage Service
5. Culinary Arts
6. Bakery and Pastry Arts
7. Hospitality Foundation Programme
During the meeting, Dr. Choub Ratana commended the Paul Dubrule School of Hospitality and Tourism for its significant contribution to the development of a competent tourism workforce and for promoting competency-based education and training that is aligned with national and international standards. He also encouraged the school to further strengthen its partnership with the Ministry of Tourism in curriculum development, trainer capacity building, competency assessment, and industry placement initiatives to enhance graduate employability. These collaborative efforts will contribute to improving the quality of tourism services and strengthening Cambodia’s competitiveness in both regional and global tourism markets.
The meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of the Ministry of Tourism and the Paul Dubrule School of Hospitality and Tourism to continuously improve the quality of tourism vocational education and training. Through strengthened collaboration, both institutions aim to develop a workforce that is professionally competent, ethically grounded, and internationally competitive, thereby supporting the sustainable development and long-term competitiveness of Cambodia’s tourism sector.
