2. Mr. Dy Piseth, Head of the Information and Statistics Office, undertook his internship at Sarai Resort & Spa, focusing on Food and Beverage Service.
3. Mr. Dam Rotthmony, Head of the Clean City Office, undertook his internship at Butterfly Pea Restaurant, focusing on Cookery.
4. Mr. Sam Nirun, Head of the Industry Office, undertook his internship at Angkor Century Resort, focusing on Food and Beverage Service.
5. Ms. Suong Sina, Deputy Head of the Administration Office, undertook her internship at FCC Angkor by Avani, focusing on Cookery.
The Professional Internship Programme aims to strengthen the knowledge, professional skills, and practical work experience of HoKa trainers through direct learning, observation, and hands-on practice in real-world tourism business environments.
The knowledge and practical experience gained through this internship will serve as a valuable foundation for the HoKa trainers to apply and further disseminate their acquired competencies in tourism and hospitality skills training. This, in turn, will contribute to enhancing the quality and capacity of human resources in Cambodia’s tourism sector.
