-Ms. Ek Ratha, Head of the Education and Training Office, undertook an internship at Embassy Restaurant, focusing on Cookery.
-Ms. Yan Yan, Deputy Head of the Clean City Office, undertook an internship at Malis Restaurant, focusing on Cookery.
-Ms. Cheng Sieuvyi, Contract-Based Officer, undertook an internship at Lynnaya Urban River Resort and Spa, focusing on Front Office Operations.
-Ms. Mao Sovath, Contract-Based Officer, undertook an internship at SARAI Resort & Spa, focusing on Front Office Operations.
The professional internship program aimed to strengthen the knowledge, practical skills, and professional experience of HoKa trainers through direct observation, learning, and hands-on practice within authentic workplace environments at tourism and hospitality establishments.
The knowledge and practical experience gained through the internship will serve as a valuable foundation for the HoKa trainers to apply and further share their acquired knowledge and skills in tourism and hospitality vocational training. This initiative is expected to contribute to strengthening the quality and capacity of human resources in Cambodia’s tourism sector.
