Three HoKa trainers from the Preah Vihear Provincial Department of Tourism, all of whom were women, participated in the professional internship program at hotels and restaurants in Siem Reap Province:
1.Ms. Chey Sopheap, HoKa Trainer in Housekeeping, undertook her internship at Lotus Blanc Resort.
2.Ms. Thy Chariya, HoKa Trainer in Cookery, undertook her internship at Embassy by Chef Kimsan Restaurant.
3.Ms. Chat Sokhen, HoKa Trainer in Food and Beverage Service, undertook her internship at Anantara Angkor Resort.
Through the seven-day professional internship, the three HoKa trainers strengthened their knowledge, technical skills, and practical work experience through workplace observation and direct engagement in professional operations at standard hotels and restaurants.
The practical knowledge and experience gained through this internship will contribute to enhancing the capacity of HoKa trainers to deliver effective skills training in these occupational areas at tourism service establishments in Preah Vihear Province, with greater confidence and effectiveness.
