The professional internship aimed to strengthen the knowledge, technical skills, and practical work experience of HoKa trainers through direct observation, learning, and hands-on engagement in real workplace environments within tourism businesses and service establishments.
The knowledge and practical experience gained through the internship will serve as a valuable foundation for the HoKa trainers to apply and further disseminate their acquired competencies in tourism and hospitality skills training. This, in turn, will contribute to enhancing the quality and capacity of human resources in Cambodia’s tourism sector.
