1. Mr. Chea Hak, Deputy Head of the Tourism Information and Promotion Office, undertook a professional internship in Kitchen Operations at TUI BLUE Angkor Grace Wellness Resort.
2. Mr. Chheurn Vireak, Deputy Head of the Planning Office, undertook a professional internship in Housekeeping at Angkor Century Resort & Spa.
3. Ms. Chea Sreypich, an officer of the Education and Training Office, undertook a professional internship in Food and Beverage Service at Lynnaya Urban River Resort and Spa.
The professional internship program aimed to strengthen the knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on work experience of HoKa master trainers through direct observation, learning, and practical engagement in real-world tourism and hospitality business environments.
The knowledge, skills, and practical experience acquired through this internship will serve as a valuable foundation for the participating master trainers to apply and further share their learning in tourism and hospitality skills training. This initiative will contribute to strengthening the quality and capacity of human resources in the tourism sector, particularly in Stung Treng Province.
