The HoKa Project Management Committee of the Ministry of Tourism, in collaboration with Swisscontact, organized a training course for Cambodia Hospitality (HoKa) National Assessors in the areas of Front Office and Housekeeping. The training brought together 25 participants, including 12 women, comprising officials from the Ministry of Tourism, the Provincial Departments of Tourism in 12 target provinces, staff members of Smiling Gecko Cambodia, and Anik Palace.
The training aimed to strengthen the pool of Cambodia Hospitality (HoKa) National Assessors in Front Office and Housekeeping by providing participants with updated knowledge and additional technical competencies.
